Dear Tamer,
I have not had a chance to write since back from Egypt. Been so busy with business.
We had a wonderful time and thank you for everything you arranged. It has been my best holiday and I want to come back with my teenagers. So I will contact you again in future!!!
The people in Aswan was so helpful and sorting out when we had problem in our Hotel with the booking and the service through everything was fantastic. The knowledge of everything from our guide was so interesting and he really took his time and not in a rush at all.
Also in Luxor, they were so fantastic with us changing things etc. The knowledge of everything from our guide was so interesting and she really took her time and not in a rush at all.
Also Everyone in Cairo was so helpful to and it made it a very fantastic memory for my 40th Birthday.

That's so spooky I was thinking about emailing you comments about our trip and you sent your email.
Yes I will definately write a review about our holiday. But may I say to you on a personal note your service was excellent. I felt at home in a country I had not been to before because of your service
The itinery was perfect for us and the hotels were fantastic
The hotel in sharm sorted out a birthday cake for my husband which was a lovely gesture and a suprise.
Your drivers and guides were lovely people, who made us feel very comfortable when asking questions.
When we got back to the UK, our family and friends had a birthday party planned for us. At the party we not only talked about Egypt and how we enjoyed it, we talked about your services and recommended you an your company.
Anyway Tamer as you can tell we enjoyed Egypt and your services and we hope to use you again in the not so distant future inshAllah

i know that this review will be omitted soon. we use this company in shore excursions in Petra and Luxor. we were agreed that the company will afford a wheelchair for my old husband for both tours but they didnot give this service and the cars were not accessible as well. we asked for partial refund a few months ago and no body answered us. So dont use this ALBARAA at all as they are shit
